Four ways to work with us. Choose by how the work is defined, not by how big it is.
Every model is delivered by the same kind of team, with AI taking the routine volume and the same controls around it. The difference is who directs the day-to-day work and what you measure: people or outcomes.
Who directs the work, and what you measure.
Select a model to see where it fits, how it runs and how it is priced.
Your people, our management.
A named team that works only for you, in your systems, on your hours. We recruit, train, manage and cover them; you direct the work, and AI takes the routine volume where it helps. The most common model for ongoing functions such as bookkeeping and month-end, support desks, developers, marketing support and assistants.
Best for
- Ongoing functions with steady or growing volume
- Work that needs deep familiarity with your business
- Clients who want direct day-to-day interaction with the team
How it works
Roles and hours agreed; team members selected with your input
A team lead on our side owns quality, coverage and performance
Monthly service reviews; scope and headcount adjusted with notice
- Commercials
- Priced per full-time-equivalent per month, inclusive of management, infrastructure and cover.
- Ramp
- Typically the first team members are live within weeks of signature, depending on role complexity and your onboarding steps.
From first call to a running team, in four steps.
- 01
Discovery call
We understand the work, the systems it runs in, the volumes and the standard you expect. You get a written scope and a candid view of what is realistic.
- 02
Solution and proposal
Team shape, the mix of AI and people, hours, engagement model, controls, service measures and commercials, in a proposal short enough to read in one sitting.
- 03
Onboarding and transition
Procedures documented, access set up under your policy, the AI connected to your helpdesk, CRM, accounting software or code repository as the work needs, the team trained and signed off, and the rules for what AI handles agreed with you. A parallel run before we take ownership of anything live.
- Procedures documented
- Access set up under your policy
- Team trained and certified
- 04
Steady state and review
A named lead runs the work day to day. Reporting is weekly, service reviews monthly, and the next function can be added when you are ready, with notice rather than surprises.
Questions about engaging us
An initial term long enough to recover onboarding effort, typically a few months, after which engagements run month to month with a notice period. Staff augmentation minimums are matched to the assignment.
